I have a steady flow of U.S. citizen personal-information forms that must be keyed by hand—no copy-paste macros or automation allowed. The workload calls for a dedicated team of 8 – 10 people, each completing at least 95 forms every day. Every form carries 22 separate fields, so precision matters; I need and will be auditing for 100 % accuracy.
You will work across multiple proprietary programs that I’ll supply (along with step-by-step guidelines). Daily sign-in, progress tracking and validation routines are already built into the software stack, so your team simply follows the prompts, records the data, and submits an end-of-shift report.
Because the records contain personal information, every member of your team must be comfortable signing a strict confidentiality agreement before receiving credentials.
Deliverables
• Minimum 95 fully completed, error-free forms per operator per day
• Daily accuracy log showing zero discrepancies
• End-of-day export from each required system confirming completion totals
