Hi, I need help creating an excell smartsheet that can be used to track transportation scheduling and avoid overbooking.
The ideal spreadsheet would have following columns: Guest room number, Guest name, number of people, Drop off time, location, pick up time and again location.
The times will go from 8am to 10pm. The number of people shouldn't exceed more than 14ppl at any time. 14ppl is a max for drop off and pick up.
I would like the sheet to warn ⚠️ when a time slot is booked or oversold for pickup or drop off.
