Excel expert extrapolating provided data

From data sheet I need a set of questions answered. Should be very simple for you. All data is already plotted in chart. Attached is the excel file and questions that need to be answered. This shouldn’t take a lot of time for you. There are additional questions needing (charting) answers on the spreadsheet itself down below. Please advise
