Excel VBA Expert Needed for Data Automation

I'm looking for a seasoned Excel VBA professional to help finalize and optimize a crucial task in our data operations pipeline. This task automates the processing of call centre data combined with BidTracker data, producing time-sensitive exports for our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and optimize existing VBA scripts in current workbooks and structured sheets.
- Ensure the process can be reliably run three times every Saturday, generating incremental export files that contain only new unique data for each export interval.
- Incorporate various data points into the export files, including call centre metrics, BidTracker details, and time stamps.
You will have full access with editing permissions to the necessary workbooks and structured sheets. The logic and format of the task have already been scoped and partially implemented, your expertise will be crucial in completing this project.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA programming.
- Experience with data processing and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with call centre metrics and BidTracker data is a plus.
Please note that specific mechanisms for error handling need to be implemented, including data validation checks and error logs. Your role will be integral in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of this process.
Scope of Work
Data Preparation & Matching
Combine Call Centre data and BidTracker data from provided sheets.
Enrich or transform data as necessary (some logic may already exist or be provided).
Ensure consistent formatting and field mappings.
Export Generation
Export combined data into a predefined structure (based on existing legacy workbook templates).
Each export must only contain new unique rows since the last export that day.
Automate naming and saving of the export files (e.g., with timestamp or interval marker).
Deduplication & Tracking
Implement or enhance logic to track what rows have already been exported in previous runs.
Maintain a log or marker to ensure no duplication across runs in the same day.
Scheduling/Triggering
Ideally design the process to be run manually up to three times per Saturday (e.g., via macro button or controlled interface).
Should handle repeated runs cleanly and predictably.
Testing & Handover
Work closely with us during testing to ensure the pipeline behaves as expected.
Provide commented code and a short handover note or video explaining how to run the process.

Source files and formats will be provided (old workbook templates + new data sheets)
You'll be given a dummy data set for testing, plus a final live test before delivery
Ideal Freelancer
Strong Excel VBA skills (particularly in in-memory data handling, dictionaries, arrays)

Able to reverse-engineer and work with legacy workbook structures
Strong communicator and able to work autonomously with limited supervision
Bonus: Prior experience with property data, sales tracking or call centre workflows
