I'm in need of an Excel expert to assist with various financial tasks. This includes:

- Creating budget spreadsheets
- Analyzing staffing costs
- Generating financial reports

I will also require some custom Excel formulas to be created. The level of automation needed is basic, primarily using standard formulas.
