Excel Expert to Segment Survey Data

Job ID: 35990043

Budget: $200 – $300 USD

I will be fielding a brief survey in coming weeks. I expect ~250 responses and the survey will be between 10 and 15 questions total (multiple choice w two Likert Scale questions—no processing of open-end responses required). I need the raw survey data segmented by question according to client's customer types. There are 2 Segmentation Scenarios. Specific deliverables are listed at bottom.

SEGMENTATION SCENARIO A
My client has 2 main types of customers:
+ Branded (Customer 1)
+ Unbranded (Customer 2)

*In this instance, I will need to view the response data for each of the 10-15 questions x the 2 Customer types.

SEGMENTATION SCENARIO B
Within the Branded Customer (Customer 1 above) there are ~12 sub-groups. For example, a respondent responds he is a Customer 1 type and then responds he in sub-group A.

*In this instance, I will need to view the response data for the Customer 1 group further segmented by the ~12 subgroups.

For deliverables, Excel tables are required. Charting is not requested. Additional visualization or dashboard is possible if time/budget allow (separate/additional project or additional milestone). A screenshot is attached for reference (Example-Tables.png)—the current deliverable does not need to follow screenshot, but it illustrates how I need to see the data (e.g., Q13_2, Q13_3, Q13_4 show the same question responses among different sub-groups: Bank 01, 02, 03).

So—that means the following are required. Using respondent ID and/or built in logic from the survey data:
1) Complete Segmentation Scenario A (above)
2) Complete Segmentation Scenario B (above)

Approximately 250 survey respondents and a survey length of 10-12 multiple choice questions and two Likert Scale questions. I have flexibility to program the survey using logic or any other recommendations to accommodate a good process for this project and our engagement. I can advise on key questions to drive the segmentation before turning over to you. Thank you.
