I have up to fifty printed documents that need to be keyed accurately into an Excel spreadsheet. All information must be transcribed exactly as it appears on the pages, preserving numbers, dates, and any special characters. Once everything is entered, a quick self-audit—checking for missed fields, typos, or misaligned columns—will help make sure the final sheet is ready for immediate use.
