Excel Automation & Pivot Overhaul
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can take my existing Excel workbook, used monthly to calculate sales commissions for about 10 people, to the next level.
Here's what I need:
- The workbook has multiple sheets (tabs). A payments sheet and a sheet for each person entitled to receiving commissions.
- Sales Data is pulled from Quickbooks and manually entered into a "Payments" sheet in the workbook.
- When we process the workbook, it automatically pulls data from the Payments sheet and puts the related sales data into the appropriate persons commission sheet, in the same workbook.
- We have used this for a very long time however, the workbook either has corruption or needs performance review as it takes several minutes to open and is very slow to navigate.
So we would like a comprehensive review and fix of this workbook;
* Check and repair as needed formulas and utilize conditional formatting to streamline tasks.
* Check and repair or add macros to perform complex or repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Enhanced capabilities of existing pivot tables;
* Effectively consolidate data from multiple sheets for more cohesive reporting.
