leep is currently recruiting for an exciting freelance Evaluation and Monitoring Consultant role for a mentorship and networking platform in the creative industries that seeks to tackle the lack of diversity in the creative industries.
The role will support in the development of guidelines and practices to improve the company’s understanding of its audience, and how it can measure and report on the impact of its mentoring and career development programmes.
In collaboration with the team, you’ll be responsible for creating a calendar of research and reporting activities, as well as a template for reporting results.
The candidate should have these skills:
Good understanding of best practices regarding audience evaluation and insights methodologies
Experience of working with sensitive data, large data sets and adhering to data handling best practices
Results focused, solution-oriented with a proactive and positive approach, and excellent ability to prioritise and organise own work
Experience in cultural sector or social impact sector (a bonus if you've worked with mentoring programmes before)
