Edit structured data for 3 websites and have Google Listings & Ads to sync with GMC

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me with a project related to editing structured data for 3 of my websites. I have provided the answers to the questions that I was asked, so that the right person can apply for this job.
Budget is $10-$20/site = $30-$60 total max .
The structured data will be received via a Google Sheet. After that, I need the platforms to sync with Google Merchant Center (GMC). This involves connecting Google Ads and Google Listings for my websites.
I have 3 websites that need to be edited and all of them should sync with GMC. As such, I require someone who is experienced in editing structured data and knows how to set up these platforms.
