Edit/change A5 size (fast report) .fr3 layout to a A4 layout

In our software a predefined (fast report) A5 size report layout is present as a layout.fr3 file. We would like to adjust the layout to a custom A4 size but keep all datafields that are present in the layout. We do not want to blow-up the size from A5 to A4 because the font size would look far too big. The original layout.fr3 file is attached to this project. Please quote a price for converting the A5 size to A4 size while keeping all included data fields but adjusting the font and page size to A4.
