EUDORA Update

Hello,
I am looking for a freelancer able to update Eudora from SSL to TLS 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
I have already done what is required for a Hermes update with the 3 DLLs and the QCSSSL_update rootcert. It doesn’t work: I can’t send an email.
I also need to change eudora encoding to put character encoding in Unicode (UTF-8)
