I am looking for an Excel expert to help me create a custom ELO ranking system for our pool and other sports. The system should integrate seamlessly with Excel for easy data input and allow us to rank players based on their performances in these sports.

We need the Excel to stand alone as a backup to our app and test the ranking system before integrating it completely into the app.
The players will use a paper scorecard to record the match, and then we will enter the game information into the Excel template to track and update players' score and rankings.
