Dynamic Google Sheets Financial Dashboard

I'm looking for a freelancer who can create a dynamic financial dashboard in Google Sheets. The dashboard should cover various financial metrics including turnover, gross profit (GP), work in progress, cash flow and potential business opportunities.

This should be a quick task for someone who has done this before. The person needs to be proficient and confident that they can quickly create. The charts will be created from a table of dummy data provided.

The creator must have an understanding of the financial data, to ensure the objectives are met (e.g understand that the business development opportunities will be a scenario added to the forecast actual, as a toggled layer)

The dashboard will allow user control to

- A mix of bar charts, stacked and line graphs
- Interactive elements allowing user to select 'all' or drill down to group or individual entities
- Interactive element to add in the business development layer
- Automatic syncing with a data source
- Ability to visually see performance alongside numerical variances
