Download data from NIH site and upload to Google Drive

This project seeks someone to download data from an NIH site and upload it to a Google Drive cloud storage account.
1. Download data using the NIH tool or a separate download manager.
2. Create a similar folder structure on a Google Cloud account or on a computer hard drive.
3. Upload to Google Drive.
Approx data size 1TB to 2TB.
Must be able to complete tasks in a few days regardless of any download speed limitations.
