Development of an extreem powerfull Excel tool for calculating and visualizing care hours distribution per category
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking a freelancer with extensive experience in Excel (or similar data analysis tools) to assist us in developing a tool that can calculate and visualize the distribution of care hours across various categories.
Background Information:
We have a dataset with various identification numbers (referred to as 'SKN' in the Netherlands) each representing a unique client in the healthcare sector. Each client falls under a specific care category (referred to as 'ZZP' or 'VG' in the Netherlands), and for each category, we have certain attributes like hourly rate and minimum hours of care per week.
In this project, the only non-variable factors are the given number of care days and the available hours of the staff. All other elements within the dataset can be manipulated and analyzed according to the needs of the project. It's important that the tool takes these constants into account while performing calculations and visualizations.
Strong mathematical skills are required. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of mathematical principles as they will be needed to accurately perform calculations and manipulate data within this project. A background in statistical analysis could also be beneficial.
What the Job Entails:
The goal of this job is to develop an Excel tool (or similar) capable of:
- Inputting the data in a structured and readable format.
- Calculating the total minimum hours of care required for each category based on the given minimum hours per category.
- Distributing a given total number of available care hours (e.g., 6000 hours) across the different categories based on the calculated total minimum hours of care per category.
- Visualizing this distribution in a suitable graph or chart.
Required Experience:
Extensive experience with Excel or similar data analysis tools.
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization.
Experience with handling healthcare-related data is a plus but not required.
Project Duration and Deadlines:
We expect that this project could be completed within a timeframe of 1-2 weeks. Exact deadlines will be discussed and established once the job is awarded.
