Develop spreadsheet code

I am looking for a skilled spreadsheet developer who can create advanced data analysis functionality. The complexity is that I have a research paper that has graphs and data inputs that I would like the spreadsheet to be based on. The spreadsheet will need to have inputs for key variables, and then calculate an answer based on the research data in the paper that I provide.


The ideal candidate should have experience in handling complex data sets and performing advanced analysis.

Requirements:
