Develop a Category Console, or category management excel 'dashboard' for reporting/visualization

As part of procurement and spend analytics I need to have someone develop an excel 'dashboard' template. The template needs to have inputs for key commodity/services categories that I designate, and the ability to report on not only spend value in each category, but also dilineate that info out into number of transcations in each category, number of vendors, etc. as well. This would be part of an effort to use raw data that is provided in an outside system, to input into a template for easy reporting and visualization/communication of data.

Please see attached example of what I'm looking for in an excel template. Also should be able to use company logos/colors as will be provided.
