Design a lab using Google Cloud Dataflow

I want to have a lab designed to teach the use of Google Cloud Dataflow using some dataset that can also be proposed for our students. The lab must be documented in markdown and provide detailed instructions (and the proper screenshots) to accomplish ETL tasks using as many features as possible of Google Cloud Dataflow services. The length of the lab must be of 2.5 - 3 hours long. Google Cloud Deployment Manager templates for prerequisites and solution is a nice to have for this lab
