5S Demo Application

To build demonstration for 5S system for manufacturing area.

Users
1) Auditors – ppl who take photos – no need to show who can take or cannot take
2) Area owners – ppl whom the report needs to be address to and follow up on
3) Administrator – to add and remove auditors or area owners or rename areas
Areas Classification
1) Manufacturing – compounding
2) Manufacturing – filling
3) Manufacturing – Packaging
4) Warehouse
5) QA labs
Functions needed.
1) Photo taking – attached to each of the 5S (to be able to tag to room number… each area will have assigned room number or description including walk date).
2) Point system – each photo will deduct 1 point from that area if that area is not tidy and according to 5S standard.
3) Generate reports at the end of the walk in terms of percentage which comes from how many points been deducted.
4) Able to follow up with area owners to complete the open tasks (photo) - communication channel.
Reports needed. (Samples will do)
1) Trending of each area score and percentage
2) Monthly/qtr/yearly champion
3) Most improved areas
4) Customizable reports from the above fields (optional)
For the demo just simple following will do
