Degree and Certification Data Compilation

I have a list of approximately 3000 names and institutions from the USA. For an academic research project, I need a diligent freelancer to search the web and gather the following information:

- The degrees associated with each name (MD, MD-PhD, PhD, or Other)
- For those with MD or MD-PhD, determine if they have an NPI number (Yes/No)
- Assess if they are board certified (Y/N)

The final data should be compiled into a CSV file.
