Database Data Entry Specialist Wanted

I have a backlog of information that must be entered directly into my database, and accuracy is critical. This is a pure data-input job—no transcription or data cleaning is required beyond what is needed to make sure every field is filled out correctly and consistently.

Right now I’m not entirely sure whether the existing structure in the database is sufficient or if a tailored import template is needed, so I’ll rely on your expertise to confirm that early on. If a template or import sheet needs to be built, we’ll define the fields together and you can create it before the bulk entry begins.

You’ll receive all source files in the format that is most convenient for you (CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets are all options). Once the data is entered, I’ll review a sample to verify accuracy before you continue with the rest. Final delivery is considered complete when the data is live in the database and passes my spot-checks.
