Data retrieval via Bluetooth

I need an expert that can retrieve data via Bluetooth connection. I need the expert to have a complete I need a specialist to have a wristband or heart rate monitor that connects to it via Bluetooth communication via a computer and pulls data of all the measured parameters.
Once such software has been written from which the information is extracted via Bluetooth, the expert will mail me the complete system along with the software that extracts the data via Bluetooth.
