Data extraction&Blog for Arabic book

I am searching for a freelancer who can help me with an important project. I need a data extraction from an Arabic book and an accompanying editorial blog. The data extraction should be done through extracting the text from the book, rather than extracting documents or images. The blog should be editorial in nature, mainly for informational purposes.
