Data collection and analysis of patent databases -- 2

In the attachement you can find a small powerpoint explaining what I am trying to investigate. Because the lack of knowledge and use in patent databases, I would require help in finding and analysing how the time limit (as explained in the ppt) influences the value of the parent patent and a divisional patent.
