AI Data Optimization Specialist

About the Role:
We're Synapse Bridge, an AI consultancy empowering businesses to leverage Artificial Intelligence. We're seeking a skilled data professional to join us on a freelance or contract basis to handle the data preparation aspects of our Advanced Data Optimization service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and potentially labeling/annotation techniques specific to AI and machine learning applications. They'll work closely with our team to ensure client data is in optimal shape for successful AI implementations.
Responsibilities:
-Assess client datasets to identify and address data quality issues (missing values, inconsistencies, outliers).
-Clean and prepare data for use in various AI and machine learning models.
-Apply data transformation techniques like feature scaling and encoding as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
-Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, Pandas, SQL).
-Understanding of machine learning concepts and data requirements.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
