I need a clean, reliable n8n workflow that handles data integration, specifically pushing customer information into Google Sheets. The source system is already exposing the data I need; what’s missing is the automated bridge that moves each new or updated record into the right spreadsheet without duplicates.And copies data from links and modify with ai and post in other website..
Here’s what I’m after:
• A reusable n8n workflow that monitors the source, formats the incoming customer data (name, email, phone, plus “Post” details I track internally), and appends or updates rows in Google Sheets.
• Error handling and logging inside n8n so I can quickly see when something fails and why.
• Brief instructions so I can modify API keys, spreadsheet IDs, or field mappings later on.
We are looking for an experienced n8n automation expert (or similar tools like Zapier/Make/Integromat) to build a fully automated system for our recruitment and job-posting workflows.
The system should help us post multiple resumes on job portals, manage virtual SIM numbers and email IDs, and automatically handle incoming messages, calls, and replies — while collecting all contact details neatly into a database.
