Data Extraction from 3rd part Mobile App from one screen

I have a 3rd party mobile application that contains a list of individuals, approximately 15,000. I am in need of a data extraction expert to help me retrieve specific information from the app -- I just need Name and Company that are all display on one summary screen so you just need to scroll and collect data.
You can records it and extract using AI or whatever tools you need or manually.
The extracted data needs to be compiled into an Excel spreadsheet as: First Name, Last Name, Company
