Data Entry - restaurant menu pdfs into Excel -- 2

Hi, this is a small project to enter data from restaurant menu websites into the attached excel. The menu data I need uploaded is on the following links and I would like a quote that details how many hours you think it will take as well as cost per hour. The freelancer should have good english - all the data is on the menus but the shortened description requires some judgment / common sense.
