Data Entry Into Google Sheets

I have a collection of data entries that need to be transcribed directly into a Google Sheet. The structure of the spreadsheet is already set up; what I need now is fast, error-free typing and consistent formatting so every line aligns with the columns I have in place.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do want a quick turnaround. Once the information is in, a brief scan for duplicates or obvious inconsistencies will be appreciated. The final deliverable is the updated Google Sheet, fully populated and ready for my immediate use.
