Data Entry - Contact Sorting

I have a poorly formatted Word document that contains contact details such as name, email, phone number, along with various notes. I need the contact information without the notes moved from the Word doc to a spreadsheet for importing into Square. There are about 300 contacts to do.

Once that is done, I will import the records into Square and then provide you with a Square login so you can go in and add the notes to the contact once it's imported. The import template does not have space for clients' notes, that's why we need to do this in two steps. Not all contacts have notes.
