Data Enrichment & Research Assistant – Singapore Private Education Sector (Expansion Project)

I run an education M&A firm in Singapore (Edugrow.sg).

I already have two datasets:

1) Childcare centres
2) A partial database of tuition, enrichment and special-needs/therapy centres

I am now looking for a freelancer to:

✅ Enrich and clean both datasets
✅ Add PEIs and EduTrust-certified schools into Dataset2
✅ Combine everything into a single Master Prospecting List (Google Sheets)

This is a data intelligence project, not basic data entry.

DATASET 1 – CHILDCARE (Exists)

You will:

- Add on missing centres based on online sources/childcare directories
- Clean duplicates
- Standardise naming and addresses
- Recheck data for accuracy

Identify:
- Brand vs single-centre
- Multi-outlet groups

Tag each centre with:
- Business Type
- Size Tier
- Premium Indicator
- Profit Potential
- Priority

Add missing websites, emails where possible

DATASET 2 – TUITION, ENRICHMENT, THERAPY (Exists, PARTIAL)

You will:
- Clean inconsistencies
- Normalise categories
- Fill missing data
- Remove duplicates
- Standardise fields:
- Brand
- Entity name
- Address
- Contact info

Extend this dataset by adding:
- (A) PEIs (Private Education Institutions)
Source from:
- Committee for Private Education (CPE)
- SkillsFuture Singapore
- Official PEI listings
- Accredited institution websites

Include:
- All registered PEIs operating in Singapore

(B) EduTrust Schools
Source from:
- EduTrust directory
- Official CPE listings
- School websites

Include:
- All EduTrust-certified organisations

For these new PEIs and EduTrust schools, capture:
- Brand name
- Legal entity
- Full address
- Phone
- Website
- Email
- Category = “PEI” or “EduTrust School”
- Source URL

DATASET 3 – MASTER PROSPECTING LIST
You will combine:
- Childcare
- Tuition
- Enrichment
- Therapy/special needs
- PEIs
- EduTrust schools

into one Master Prospecting Spreadsheet with:
Strategic columns:
- Category Group
- Size Tier
- Premium Indicator
- Profit Potential
- Priority
- Outreach Batch
- Status
- Last Contact Date
- Next Action
- Notes

TIMELINE & BUDGET

Estimated total records after expansion: ~2,500–3,000 rows.

Budget:
- US$150–300 depending on speed and quality.

Experienced researchers can ask US$300+ if they deliver very clean output.
