Statement of Work (SOW): Compliant Public Data Compilation
Definitions
"Client" refers to the individual or organization commissioning this project, acting as the data recipient and principal contracting party.

"Vendor" refers to the independent contractor, freelancer, or agency bidding on or awarded this project, responsible for executing the data compilation in accordance with these terms.

1. Project Overview & Objective
The objective of this project is to compile a verified contact database sourced exclusively from the public domain. The final deliverable must be a clean, structured dataset containing names, company affiliations, verified email addresses, phone numbers, and mobile numbers, developed in strict compliance with all applicable data privacy laws, statutory regulations, and platform-specific policies.

2. Scope of Work (Vendor Responsibilities)
The Vendor will be responsible for the following activities:

Data Identification & Extraction: Locate and extract professional contact information strictly from publicly accessible sources (e.g., official government registries, corporate press releases, and public professional directories).

Data Fields to Capture: For each validated record, capture the individual's Full Name, Company Name, Verified/Active Email Address, Phone Number, and Mobile Number.

Source Attribution: Maintain strict data lineage by providing a live, verifiable source URL or citation adjacent to every individual record.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Standards
Compliance is a critical, non-negotiable requirement of this engagement.

Data Sourcing Restrictions: No data shall be acquired through methods that breach third-party Terms of Service (ToS), bypass paywalls, use unauthorized scraping mechanisms, or exploit security vulnerabilities.

Jurisdictional Compliance: The Vendor ensures that all data collection, processing, and handling practices strictly adhere to all applicable Indian statutes, data protection acts, rules, regulations, and official circulars (including, but not limited to, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, where applicable).

4. Deliverables & Quality Assurance
Format: A structured spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) populated with the requested fields and corresponding source links.

Acceptance Criteria: The Client reserves the right to audit the source links. Any data points found to be obtained in violation of the compliance standards outlined in Section 3 will be rejected, and no payment will be processed for non-compliant records.

Vendor Acknowledgement & Agreement Terms
By submitting a proposal, bid, or pricing quote for this project, the Vendor explicitly agrees to, accepts, and acknowledges the following legal and operational terms:

Absolute Responsibility: Full compliance with all applicable Indian regulations, privacy laws, and platform policies remains solely within the Vendor's scope of responsibility throughout the lifecycle of this project.

Exclusion of Liability: The Client shall not be held liable for any regulatory breaches, policy violations, or statutory non-compliance committed by the Vendor during the data gathering process.

Demonstrated Expertise: The Vendor affirms they possess documented experience in responsible, compliant data harvesting and can demonstrate a meticulous, regulation-minded methodology upon request.

Binding Acceptance: Submission of a bid constitutes a binding agreement that the Vendor has thoroughly read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Statement of Work, including all compliance mandates and rejection clauses.
