FAST Data Cleanup: messy XLSX to Xero-Compatible CSV - URGENT - IGNOR ALL OTHER DATA

In this project, I need an organized, detail-oriented freelancer to manually convert data from four disordered xlsx files into a single, clean CSV file with four columns compatible for upload to Xero.
What You'll Do:
- Extract customer Date, 2 x sales amount columns (Debit & Credit into 1 column), description and Balance from the supplied xlsx files.
- Carefully organize extracted data into a well-structured, 4-column CSV output.
The workload is small, consisting of a few hundred records. However, there are 2 fields for the amount$. One is Debit and one is Credit, they need to be combined ointo 1 column. Debt needs to be a minus symbol so using brackets will create this in accounting terms (50.00) will show as... -50.00 on the csv
Ideal Skills:
- Data entry expertise
- Familiarity with Xero's data import requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CSV formats
Experience with accounting software data entry/import is a huge plus. Your ability to deliver a clean, organized data file ready for quick and easy upload into Xero will be highly valued.
