Roster Analysis:
Using 3 months worth of roster data amongst 25 teams, we require you to find any shifts that our staff work the majority of over a 3 month period. The data will be used to reduce future rosters based off your analysis.
The data is available on excel. You will need to sign a privacy agreement.
My project is focused on data analysis. Specifically, I need to analyze existing text data and apply predictive analysis methods.
I have a large volume of text-based data that needs to be analyzed, so I need someone with experience in this field to work on the project. This means you should understand statistical methods for data analysis, and know how to apply predictive analysis techniques.
I also expect the analysis to be thorough and accurate. The analysis needs to be precise, so I need someone with excellent attention to detail - you must be comfortable with large data sets and be able to identify any problems or inconsistencies in the data.
