Every day I receive a fresh Google Sheet that has to be keyed—by hand—into my internal system before end-of-day. The work is strictly manual: no scripts, copy-pastes, or import tools. Accuracy matters more than speed, yet both are important because the sheet feeds live dashboards for my team.
Here’s how the workflow looks:
1. I share the day’s Google Sheet (usually 300–500 rows) along with a brief set of field-by-field notes.
2. You enter the data into the web form I provide, checking for typos and formatting consistency as you go.
3. Once finished, you cross-check record counts, flag any ambiguous entries, and send me a quick confirmation in chat.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of rows present and correctly transcribed
• Same-day turnaround on weekdays (file arrives around 09:00 UTC)
• A short summary message confirming totals and any issues
If you communicate promptly and value precision, this should be a straightforward, ongoing daily task.
