DAX for 2 Power BI Visuals

I am looking for some DAX assistance to work into a couple of visuals in Power BI
In the attached .pbix file-
1. In the "Total By Region" card & "Region Av Score" guage, I want the figures for the "Region" populated when an option is selected in the Slicer. For example, if London is selected, I want the Total for "South East" to be displayed
2. In the "Selected City Most Similar Group" card & "City Most Similar Group" gauge , I want the totals of the cities which are listed in the "Most Similar group" table. For example, if London is selected in the slicer, I want the figures for London + Manchester + Brighton
3. Make Visual titles dynamic based on slicer value (except the "Total"
