Custom Google Spreadsheet for COD Operations -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
So our company is doing Cash On delivery, and the shipping company gives us a spreadsheet with all the transaction:
- name of the person in our team who closed the sale “It’s an individual identifier code XRZET for ex”
- Amount of the payment received in Algerian Dinar
- Net amount after shipping fees
- Return fees (returns if there’s returns)
- State where costumer lives
- Date of order creation
- Date of shipping
What I need: A google sheet that allows me to read the data easily.
- Checking the total sales / Sale amount / returns of each team member in a specific period of time (Or eventually, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Checking in couple clicks total sale amount in a specific timeframe (Total amount and total after fees)
- Checking in couple clicks total sales by States
- Checking in couple clicks total orders in a specific day.
- Converting the Algerian dinar into USD with today’s price of Dollar.
- Checking in couple clicks the total spent on shipping in a specific timeframe.
- New column for AD expenses monthly
- New column for Team expenses monthly
- Getting the total profit after ADS/TEAM expenses in a specific timeframe.
- A Graph showing the Expenses to Profit per Day / Week / Month / Quarter (Something visually easy to read)
- Getting easily total sales per product in a specific timeframe.
- Anything else that is visual and helps reading the date with ease would be more than welcome
- It should be easy to just copy past the new data to get it integrated to the whole
