Create report using Google Data Studio

I want you to create a comprehensive report from dataset (Gsheet) ticket system, to create a dashboard that can show report KPI related to: ticket SLA, respond time, ticket comparison data (day,month,year) - drilldown, agent performance, etc
by the end of the project the dashboard and report should be handed over along with how to use it for continuous report.
