Create pivot tables from data combinations.

Hello,
I generate marketing campaigns using different sources, strategies, media, products, countries, among other options. For this reason, thousands of combinations are generated and I don't know which combinations of campaigns I have uploaded and which are not.
Example:
Source: Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Strategy: Display, Search, Discovery and Youtube.
Product: product 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 up to 500.
Bid type: CPC, tCPA, tRoas, etc.
Country: USA, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, etc.
Then I need something like a system to:
1. to be able to create 'Categories' such as source, strategy, product, bid type, etc.
2. To be able to create 'Options' to load inside the categories.
3. To be able to indicate Mandatory and non-Mandatory fields to load.
4. Indicate fields dependent on others. Since not all the fields cross with others.
5. With each new option that is loaded, the combination is automatically created with the other categories.
6. To be able to search the different combinations generated and to see them as a list with filtering possibilities.
7. Each combination is unique. I need to be able to indicate if the campaign for that combination is already loaded or not.
8. I need to be able to generate dynamic tables from the categories and options. For example, a dynamic table to see what are all the combinations in 'Twitter in Spain'. And generate a table with all the entries, and there (as in a Cartesian axis) see the combinations created with an 'x'.
9. The system has to be able to be used by several people at the same time.
I attached an image, I'm doing this manually but it's becoming really cumbersome and difficult.
