Create Automated dashboard from Excel file [For Executive Presentation]

I need help creating a colorful/visual dashboard from Excel.
Goal:
1. The goal is for the dashboard to show progress of ticket status (in progress, planned or complete) per owner. Example - if John has 12 tickets with 2 complete and 10 in progress, I want to be able to filter the pie chart or histogram to show that information per owner.
2. Macros: I want a separate datasheet where I can update daily data that will reflect in the dashboard.
3. This data will be updated daily to show reduction in open tickets so I want to be able to upload a new data file to refresh the dashboard. Create a 'click here' macro that I can click to enable data refresh breaking down the data by task number, customer name, ID, etc. For rows without customer name, 0 will populate in those tabs.
4. I need something colorful and executive level quality that's compatible with google sheets.
I attached a simple file that shows the customer's name and ID, the task number and the status of the ticket (open or closed). Please share a sample of colorful dashboards that you've created.
