I have a Word file containing roughly 300 lines that mix text and numbers. Your job is to transfer each line into a corresponding field on my web form, making sure every required word or phrase is pasted in bold so the formatting matches my specifications. No other styling is needed—just the bold where shown in the source document.

Accuracy is key: each entry must land in the right field without dropped characters, extra spaces, or formatting slips. Once all 300 records are submitted, I’ll review the form on my side; if everything lines up perfectly, the task is complete. If you spot an issue while working, flag it rather than guessing.
