Converting handwritten scanned text into editable format -- 2

We need to convert handwritten question papers for elementary through high school classes into an editable format. We would love to have it in pmd format(using Adobe Pagemaker), but MS word / pdfs would also work if the typed paper quality matches the sample we have provided. We conduct exams regularly (minimum 4 times per year). We would appreciate if grammatical mistakes if any are corrected, so that we dont have to go to and fro multiple times. If we like the work, we would outsource this work regularly and for all exams. File name - H_Y 16.09.21 is the scanned copy. Question Sample is the format in which the text is expected to be typed.
