Convert text to structured json

I am looking to hire someone to convert text from a Word document into structured JSON format. This will be used to provide API endpoints. The perfect candidate will have experience dealing with large amounts of text data, formatting it properly in a JSON structure and optimization for API use. The ability to quickly convert from source document to JSON is a must. The goal is for the text to be formatted in a way that can be easily used for endpoints and data visualization purposes.
