Convert jpg transaction list to Excel -

I want to convert the attached file to Excel - 5 columns - Date. Description, Location, Debit, Credit
- Date column formatted in dd/mm/yyyy (yyyy is 2020 except December transaction at start which are 2019 and January transactions at end which are 2021)
- all lines (rows) need a date - any line without a date takes the date above it
- currency column formatted in Euros
- any transaction marked as CR will be have the euro amount in the credit column and leave out 'CR' text from file
- all other euro amounts will be in the debit column
- all amounts in the debit and credit column will be numeric format - eg - if need to sum all amounts in the spreadshee
