Community Feedback Data Entry into Excel -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need help with data entry from community feedback forms. All feedback forms are currently on paper, will be scanned to PDF and need to be transcribed into an Excel spreadsheet. There is one type of feedback forms which is 2 pages and corresponding spreadsheet provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Transcribing text comments from paper forms into Excel
- Inputting checkbox selections into Excel
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with data entry from paper forms
- Ability to transcribe text accurately
Currently per week I am receiving approximately 20 paper forms, however a large number of forms have been mailed out. The engagement ends 17/11. I am after a cost per 20 forms entered.
