Cloud database loading csv files mapping data

I am looking to build a cloud app
Functions:
Must be multi user login
user logins in and can only see thier data
User uploads a csv file which has date, $ amount, description.
Once uploaded the script must map words from the description
Example in the text IF file the word CAFE appears. Then it will check the database of preloaded words
If POODLE is in the database the script will map CAFE to a Category called Dining
All the Categories and Subcategories are precoded HOWEVER - IMPORTANT - each user must be able to add new words and categoried in order to customise thier own files - the msain databsed can add all users additions if that is easy to do so as to be a large base of words/categories to draw upon for mapping
The user must also have the abilitto select a new drop down categor if the data is not correctly mapped or they
The script then displays various outputs such as thge number and cost of all CAFE's
want to have a different category instead of the one (incorrectly) mapped by the script.
NOTE: the mapping is a guide only and is open to incorrect mapping hence the user needs to be able to customise for the file they
NOTE: The script MUST b upload.e multi threaded for optimum speed.
the user needs to have the ability to be emailed the PDF of the output
The user then logs out
I have a Excel spreadsheet that I have set up with macros so I can show what I need but I DO NOT want that
spreadsheet converted as it is far to slow. I need a script written from scratch.
