Clean PRH Company Data + WP site tweaks

I have a straightforward data project: pull the full company lists for two different business lines directly from the Finnish PRH database, keep only those that are currently active, and hand back two ready-to-import CSV files.

Scope
• Source: PRH database itself will be the single point of truth for activity status.
• Validation: apply standard validation only—normalise formats, drop obvious duplicates, but no extra rule-sets beyond that.

Required fields per row:
1. Business ID
2. Company name
3. Company form
4. Complete address (one cell)
5. City name (separate cell, city only)
6. Listing type – hard-coded as “free” for every record

Deliverables
• firms_1.csv
• firms_2.csv

Each file must open cleanly in Excel, match UTF-8 encoding, and contain only active companies as defined by PRH. Python, pandas, or similar tools are perfectly fine—use whatever lets you guarantee tidy, reliable output.

Next we import another of the lists to WP site with Listdom Pro, and listings and single listing pages needs some adjustments like arranging the fields to correct order.
