Business Integration & Management App Development

Hello, my name is Zachary Zizis and I am looking for a long-term freelancer that will work on a project I have in different parts. I need the core product first, which is an app that’s primary function will be for [hidden] business owners to integrate their business onto my platform. It will need to be an app, one that is capable of handling the payment of the clients to the business (I would receive a cut of every transaction), a calendar for scheduling, a way for the business owner to manage their business (that includes viewing all of their employes, revenue, clients, and statistics about all of these.), direct messages for the business to their clients, a way for the clients to leave reviews (out of 5 stars) to the business.
Account Types and Information
The app would need to have three types of accounts
-business owners
-employees
-Clients for the business
For the Business owners, they will have a special account (only with prior approval by me) that will be able to create/integrate their business onto my platform. They will be able to view and manage their business, see all messages done within the business, they will be able to see the total number of jobs completed, their business’s cumulative rating (out of 5 stars), the business’s total revenue, as well as these 3 statistics for every individual employee. The business owners will have the ability to add/remove employees from their business, mange how the monetary distribution is done through their business [see Payment and Refunds], will have the ability edit and manage the calendar within the business, and will have the ability to give certain employees the ability to assign tasks and manage the calendar.
For the Business employees, they should be able to view their calendar with different tasks assigned to them, their earnings, their average job rating, have access to direct messaging.
For the clients, the user interface should be simple and easy to understand. They should be able to see the business and its cumulative rating. They should be able to view the calendar for what is scheduled with them, how much the job is, have access to direct messaging, and be able to leave reviews on a specific job. They should also be able to set up recurring jobs that will automatically occur without them having to manually set it up each time. This would automatically charge them prior to job completion.
Payments and Refunds
The clients should be charged at the agreed price by the app before the job is completed, and held by the app, until after the client has approved the job (this is where they would leave a rating) was done through the click of a button or if they do not input anything within two days. If the job was determined not completed or criteria not met, the client will be eligible for a full refund on the service.
The Business owner will be able to set up how the payment distribution is done within their business (besides for the fee to the app). Example: In any completed task, The business owner will receive 25%, The employee that completed the task will receive 70%, and the app receives 5% (they cannot change the app charge.)
Legal Section
There should be a section for any legal disclaimers that is viewable by all users of the platform.
Future plans
As previously mentioned I will be a returning customer if all goes well. For the future, I may ask you to integrate: People looking for work will be able to register as employees and apply to the businesses, a section for businesses to purchase equipment, guides for business owners, and anything else to optimize my platform for all parties involved.
