Business Email Scraping Specialist

We are looking for a skilled freelancer who can research and scrape verified email addresses of local businesses in Perth, Western Australia. The purpose is to build a targeted outreach list for our security company.
Target Business Categories:
Licensed Venues → pubs, bars, nightclubs, taverns, festivals, event organisers
Retail & Shopping → shopping centres, supermarkets, bottle shops, pharmacies
Healthcare → hospitals, urgent care clinics, aged care facilities
Industrial & Construction → construction sites, industrial yards, warehouses
Requirements:
Collect business name, email address (decision-maker preferred), phone number (if available), and website.
Emails must be valid and active (no bounces).
Data should be delivered in Excel/CSV format.
Only Perth metro and WA region businesses.
Must use ethical scraping methods (no blacklisted/spammy databases).
Deliverables:
A clean, well-organised Excel/CSV file with at least [insert your target number, e.g., 500–1000 leads].
Segregated by category (licensed venues, retail, healthcare, construction/industrial).
Ideal Freelancer:
Experience with lead scraping, data mining, or prospect list building.
